Executive BIOS:

David Aharoni - President / CEO

Mr. Aharoni, NetSpring Founder and President has been involved in the technology revolution since the mid 1980's. He has in-depth experience in conceptualizing and developing a broad range of consumer related products. David has consulted at different professional levels with senior executives in many diverse industries such as wireless communications, power generation, health care, manufacturing and hardware/software development. In the 80's and 90's he worked at Motorola developing new consumer based technologies and served as an international liaison for overseas business development. He has demonstrated his abilities and expertise in creating, developing and managing new business opportunities and has proven his ability to attract and keep talented, motivated personnel.

During his tenure at Motorola, he launched the development of a series of automated testing tools designed to test embedded software, which significantly reduced full cycle testing time resulting in multi-fold increased profits. He participated in establishing wireless communication protocols and devised a method of remote monitoring wireless equipment via the network infrastructure. Mr. Aharoni is instrumental in designing and implementing network solutions that have subsequently been endorsed by Citrix as networking solutions for its clients. He specializes in consulting with executive and professional level clients to devise the innovative solutions of network infrastructure and PC related technologies.

Mr. Aharoni has held multiple senior management positions and his experience with international corporations has complimented his ability to define strategic solutions encompassing all aspects of both software and hardware development.

Mr. Aharoni, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering and an MBA with emphasis in Technology Management.

Amalia Caspi - COO

Ms. Caspi joined NetSpring in 2002 as Chief Operating Officer. She brings with her more than 30 years of experience in company development, marketing and sales, management, P & L, vendor partnerships, strategic and tactical planning and implementation of innovative products and programs. Before transferring to NetSpring she was Vice President at USS Corporation.

At USS, Ms. Caspi gained years of experience developing business plans, pricing strategies and sales channel analysis. She is responsible for providing corporate support for operating the business and is involved in implementation of new business development. Ms. Caspi applies the business experience she gained with decades of management and business development efforts.

Jeff Henely - CFO

Mr. Henely has provided substantial assistance to NetSpring over the last two years. He has over sixteen years of CFO, COO and public company board experience in manufacturing and high growth telecommunication industry companies. Prior to this, Mr. Henely spent ten years at a US based multinational service group serving as CFO and business manager.

In his various roles as COO and CFO, Mr. Henely has played instrumental and hands-on roles in the development, rapid growth and international expansion of a number of start-up and small/medium successful technology companies. Mr. Henley has a strong track record of operations, mergers & acquisitions, IPO’s, alliances and private equity fundraising.

Mr. Henley holds a Bachelor degree in Economics.
